Copper Clad Aluminum wire with light gravity and lower price has been widely used for more and more field, very popular in the market. It is produced with the production process of Cladding Welding Drawing method, by cladding planished copper belt concentrically on the outer surface of the aluminium line, via several times of drawing and heat treatment, to meet customers' technical requirement on line diameter, mechanics and electrics capacity.

There forms a firm atom metallurgy combination between the copper layer and the aluminum core. Its surface is bright and smooth without any default.

This kind of wire is featured of both the samll density of aluminum and the good conductivity of copper. It is used as the conductor in coaxial cables. It not only has high signal transmission property, but also has characteristics such as low weight and low production cost.

There are two types of CCA wire in our company, 10% and 15%; Here 10% means the rate of copper layer to the whole volume of CCA wire is about from 8%-12%, we mark it as 10%( short 10); And 15% means the rate of copper layer to the whole volume of CCA wire is about from 13% to 17%, we mark it as 15%(short15).
